SHREWSBURY, Massachusetts – St. Mary Preschool of Shrewsbury, in keeping with their Christian values, will be reaching out to those in difficult circumstances by becoming involved in a project called “Operation Christmas Child.” This Christmas, they will share the love and hope of Jesus Christ with needy children in a country such as Uganda or El Salvador by using a simple shoebox. Operation Christmas Child is a project that every member of the family can participate in by contributing a gift-filled box. It is wonderful to see the delight in the preschoolers’ eyes as they help less fortunate children in a meaningful way. St. Mary Preschool will kick off the project on October 23rd.
