SHREWSBURY, Massachusetts – Just when most of us in Shrewsbury have had about enough of Nemo and the rest of this winters snowfall, comes word that another major storm is bearing down on us.  Predictions are for potentially another foot of snow, starting late Saturday night, and running through Sunday night.

The kids are already planning for yet another Monday with no school, which always makes them happy, but creates some real havoc for the working families scrambling for child care, and just stretches the end of school further out into June. Perhaps we’ll get a bit lucky this time and the brunt of it all will miss us.

In any case, the Shrewsbury Highway Department is on standby and ready to do yet another excellent job as they did last week.
