Michael Gondek has performed with multiple performing arts organizations across Central Massachusetts over the last twenty years, including Worcester County Light Opera, Calliope Theatre, and Greater Worcester Opera. Recent musical theatre roles include “El Gallo” in The Fantasticks, “The King” in The King and I, “Father” in Children of Eden, and “Czolgosz” in Assassins. Opera credits include the “Foreman” in Trial by Jury, “Marco” in Gianni Schicchi, and “PishTush” in The Mikado. He has also been a soloist in concert settings across the region including A Night of Italian Wine & Song at L’uva Restaurant (Springfield, MA), a joint recital with the St. Paul’s Cathedral Summer Music Series, and an annual Carriage House Benefit Concert at Children’s Friend.
He has performed American and French jazz standards at places like Nick’s Bar & Restaurant, Amazing Things Arts Center, and the Dzian Gallery. Upcoming performances include the role of “Javert” in Les Miserables at the Hanover Theatre, and “Don Alfonso” in Cosi Fan Tutte with Greater Worcester Opera.
When not on stage, he is an entrepreneur, sales & marketing executive, and a software product marketing specialist. He current serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at a software company outside of Boston. He has a Masters degree in East European History
(Providence College) and lives in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife and two children.

Performances of Rabbit Hole will run January 31 – February 16 on Fridays through Sundays. Performances will be held at 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoons in the Grandview Avenue Playhouse, 21 Grandview Ave. Worcester, MA 01603
