GWGIVES Web logo St. Mary School participates in Greater Worcester GIVES Shrewsbury MassachusettsShrewsbury, Massachusetts – St. Mary School in Shrewsbury is pleased to partner with The Greater Worcester Community Foundation for Greater Worcester GIVES on Tuesday, May 6th.  The event is held in conjunction with “Give Local America”, a national day of giving.

This first ever 24 hour ON-LINE giving event will benefit over 130 + local nonprofit groups throughout Worcester County.   Participants in Greater Worcester GIVES have the opportunity to donate to any of the 130 nonprofit groups, including St. Mary School with the ease of one on-line donation transaction.  The Community Foundation will receive donations of $25 or more via credit or debit card online and then redistribute the funds to the nonprofits in the form of grants.
