SHREWSBURY, Massachusetts – The Sixth Annual “A Celebration in the Garden” is in full planning swing with many returning sponsors already in place, as well as new friends joining the fundraising efforts. These generous companies have stepped up early to show their support of the Shrewsbury Public Schools. Committed as the Presenting Sponsor once again is The 15-40 Connection, proudly gifted by Columbia Tech, a Coghlin Company. Hair-Lines for Paul Mitchell has returned as a Foundation Sponsor, while Jenny Boston has also re-confirmed their place as a Rosebud Sponsor. Other sponsors also include Aurora Painting, the Law Offices of Joseph J. Cariglia PC, the Shrewsbury Board of Selectmen, The Harbor Law Group, Polito Development Corporation, Central One Federal Credit Union, the Duprey family and McLaren & Associates, CPAs PC.
The event, to be held on Saturday June 14th at the Fallon House, home of Heather and Jason Logrippo, promises to be the event of the year. The live musical entertainment will be Tension, courtesy of Beaton Kane Construction. The popular band will be performing a lineup of hits, enticing guests to dance the night away.
Spirits are always top shelf at “A Celebration in the Garden,” and we are thrilled that Expose Yourself Public Relations has chosen to be our Spirits Sponsor for the fifth year in a row. For those of you that remember the flashing “Gardini Martini” from last year, the smashing success of a signature cocktail will return once again in a surprising new flavor, sponsored by Shrewsbury Counseling Center. And always included in the festivities, beer will be sponsored by Steve Greene of Glickman Kovago Construction LLC, champagne by Global Wines, Inc., and wine by Global Wines, Inc. and Five Rivers. No one will leave the party thirsty!
Delicious culinary cuisine will be prepared by Peppers Fine Catering. Delectable desserts will be provided by sponsor CoCoBeni Confections of Northborough and co-sponsored by the Munro family.
In addition to great company, music, food and libations, this top notch affair boasts one of the most exciting auctions around. Last year, over 150 items were on display in the silent auction, many offering once in a lifetime experiences. The live auction always holds at least a few exciting surprises, as well. Don’t miss bidding on the “Husbands of the Host Committee” live auction item this year for all of your brawn and brains needs!
